About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, the services you request from CleanView, and our text messaging program. They apply together with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, contacting us, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

Our Services

CleanView provides the services described on this website. The specific work, price, and schedule for your job are set out in the quote, estimate, or written agreement we provide for that job, which together with these Terms forms the agreement between us. Descriptions and any figures shown on this website are general information, not a binding quote. Scheduling depends on availability, weather, parts and material lead times, and other factors outside our control, so any dates we give are estimates and can change. If the scope of the work changes, or conditions are found once work begins that we could not see beforehand, we will discuss any change to price or timeline with you before continuing.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm CleanView or anyone else.

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, and layout — belongs to CleanView or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without our written permission.

We work to keep this site accurate and current but do not represent that it is complete or error-free, and it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This website may link to third-party services; we are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Age Restriction

This website and our services are intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to use this website, request or purchase services from CleanView, provide us with a mobile number, or consent to receive text messages from us. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not submit any information through this website.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

CleanView operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Program description and message types. Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
• How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (469) 388-0365. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CleanView is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
• How to opt out. Text STOP to (469) 388-0365 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.
• How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (469) 388-0365 or cleanview2022@gmail.com. Full support details are at the end of these Terms.
• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
• Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanView will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. The services themselves are governed by the quote, estimate, or written agreement for your specific job.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of this website or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
